User Materials Policy

01What we mean by user materials

User materials are anything you provide to us during an engagement, including messages, learning goals, sample work, documents, and any files you choose to share so that we can prepare suitable support.

02You keep ownership

You retain ownership of the materials you create and share with us. Sharing them does not transfer ownership to Solvique Study.

You grant us a limited permission to use your materials only for the purpose of understanding your needs and delivering the service you requested.

03How we use what you share

We use your materials solely to support your learning.

• To understand your level, goals, and preferences.
• To prepare study plans and materials tailored to you.
• To give feedback and guidance during sessions.

We do not use your materials for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell them.

04Your responsibilities

When you share materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

• Only share materials you are allowed to share.
• Do not send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Remove sensitive details you do not want to share when they are not needed.

05Storage and deletion

We keep your materials only for as long as needed to deliver the service and maintain reasonable records. You may ask us to return or delete materials you have shared, and we will do so where we are not required to keep them.

06Confidentiality
