Children's Privacy / Minor User Policy
How we handle the privacy of minors and support learners under 18 through a parent or guardian.
Last updated: January 2026
This Children's Privacy / Minor User Policy explains how Solvique Study approaches the privacy and safety of younger learners. Protecting minors is a responsibility we take seriously. Our primary audience is learners aged 13 and older, and every engagement involving a minor depends on the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
01Our approach to age
Our services are intended primarily for learners aged 13 and older. Younger children are not a primary audience and can only be supported indirectly through a participating parent or guardian.
- Teenagers aged 13 to 17: supported only with verifiable parent or guardian consent.
- Children under 13: supported only through a parent or guardian, not directly.
- Adults aged 18 and older: may engage with us directly.
02Parental and guardian consent
Before we provide services to a minor, we require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. That adult is our primary point of contact for requests, scheduling, and billing.
By providing consent, the parent or guardian confirms that they hold the authority to enroll the minor and accept our Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
03Information relating to minors
We collect only the information necessary to support a minor's learning, and we keep it to a minimum. Wherever possible, communications and account details are managed through the parent or guardian.
04Parental rights
Parents and guardians can review the information we hold about their child, request corrections, ask us to delete information we are not required to keep, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Review information related to the minor learner.
- Request corrections or deletion where appropriate.
- Withdraw consent and end the engagement.
05A safe and respectful environment
We are committed to a respectful, age-appropriate learning environment. Sessions involving minors are conducted with care, and we encourage parents and guardians to stay involved in their child's learning.
06Contact for concerns
