Educational Disclaimer

An honest explanation of the nature, purpose, and limits of the educational support Solvique Study provides.

Last updated: January 2026

This Educational Disclaimer describes the nature and limits of the services offered by Solvique Study. We want every learner, parent, and guardian to have an accurate understanding of what our support is and what it is not, so that expectations are clear from the very beginning. Our services are intended to support and structure independent learning, not to replace formal education or to guarantee specific results.

01The purpose of our services

Solvique Study exists to make self-directed learning clearer and more organized. We prepare study plans, develop educational resources, and deliver non-certified guided learning sessions that help learners understand topics and build a workable routine.

Our support is designed to complement whatever formal education a learner may already be pursuing. It is a structured aid to studying, not a substitute for a school, college, or university.

02No guarantee of outcomes

Learning outcomes depend on many factors that are outside our control, including a learner's effort, consistency, prior knowledge, and personal circumstances.

For this reason, we do not promise or guarantee any specific grade, test score, admission, qualification, or academic result. We provide well-prepared materials and thoughtful guidance in good faith, and the learner's own engagement determines the results.

03Not professional or regulated advice

Our educational content is general in nature and prepared for learning support purposes. It should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

If you need advice in a regulated field, please consult a qualified, licensed professional in that field.

04Learner responsibility

Learners, and where relevant their parents or guardians, remain responsible for how they use our materials and guidance and for the decisions they make. We encourage learners to think critically, verify important information, and combine our support with other reliable sources.

05Accuracy of materials

We take care to prepare accurate, useful, and up-to-date materials. Even so, knowledge evolves and occasional errors are possible. We welcome feedback and correct issues that are brought to our attention, but we cannot warrant that every material is free of error or suitable for every purpose.

06Relationship to accreditation

Solvique Study is not an accredited educational institution. The distinction between our supportive services and formal, accredited education is explained further in our Non-Accreditation Disclaimer, which we encourage you to read.
