How pricing, invoicing, and payment work for Solvique Study educational and learning support services.

This Payment Policy explains how we price our services, how and when payment is due, and the terms that apply to billing. It is designed to be transparent so that you always know what you are paying for before an engagement begins. This policy should be read together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.
01How our pricing works
Our website shows price ranges for each service because the final price depends on the scope prepared for each learner. Before any work begins, we confirm a specific price for your engagement in writing.
Indicative service ranges
- Independent Learning Programs: 300 to 1,200 US dollars.
- Educational Resource Development: 250 to 1,500 US dollars.
- Guided Learning Sessions (Non-Certified): 40 to 120 US dollars per session.
- Knowledge Review and Study Planning: 150 to 700 US dollars.
- Custom Study Plan Package: 400 to 1,500 US dollars.
- Learning Materials Bundle: 100 to 600 US dollars.
- Monthly Learning Support: 300 to 1,200 US dollars per month.
- Group Learning Support Program: 800 to 3,000 US dollars.
02Quotes and confirmation
After an initial consultation, we provide a clear quote describing the scope, deliverables, and price. Work begins once you confirm the quote and the agreed payment terms.
03When payment is due
Depending on the service, payment may be requested in full before delivery, in agreed installments, or on a recurring monthly basis for ongoing support.
- One-time services are usually paid before or upon delivery, as agreed in the quote.
- Larger packages may be split into installments tied to milestones.
- Monthly support is billed at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
04Currency and taxes
Prices are stated in US dollars. Any applicable taxes or fees, where required, are shown before you confirm an engagement so there are no surprises.
05Late or failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails or is not received, we may pause delivery of materials or sessions until the matter is resolved. We will always contact you first and work with you to find a reasonable solution.
06Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed entirely by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy for the conditions that apply to cancellations and refunds.
07Changes to pricing
We may adjust our pricing structure over time. Any change applies only to new engagements or renewals agreed after the change takes effect, never retroactively to work already confirmed.
