Terms and Conditions

The agreement that governs your use of the Solvique Study website and our educational and learning support services.

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Solvique Study ("Solvique Study", "we", "us", or "our") and apply every time you visit our website, request a consultation, or use any of our educational content and learning support services. Solvique Study is an educational support provider founded in 2026. We are not an accredited school, college, or university, and nothing in these Terms should be read as a promise of certification, academic credit, or a regulated qualification. Please read this document carefully; by using our website or services you confirm that you accept every part of it.

01Who we are and what we offer

Solvique Study designs independent learning programs, prepares educational resources, delivers non-certified guided learning sessions, and helps individuals, families, and small groups plan how they study. Our purpose is to make self-directed learning clearer, more structured, and easier to follow.

Our work is supportive and consultative. We do not replace formal schooling, and we do not issue diplomas, licenses, school credits, or official certifications. Any reference to "programs", "sessions", or "materials" on this website refers exclusively to non-certified educational support.

02Accepting these Terms

By accessing the website, submitting a request through any form, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of another person, a family, or an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that they will also be bound by these Terms.

03Eligibility and age requirements

Our primary audience is learners aged 13 and older. We work with several groups, and each has its own conditions:

  • Teenagers aged 13 to 17 may use our learning support only with the verifiable consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Adults aged 18 and older may request services directly as independent learners.
  • Parents and guardians may purchase services on behalf of a minor in their care.
  • Children under 13 are not a primary audience and may only be supported indirectly through a participating parent or guardian.

By requesting services for a minor, you confirm that you hold the legal authority to do so and that you accept responsibility for that learner's participation.

04Requests, consultations, and scope of work

A request submitted through our website is an expression of interest, not a completed contract. The scope, duration, deliverables, and price of any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Because our services are tailored to each learner, outcomes depend heavily on the learner's own effort, consistency, and circumstances. We prepare materials and guidance in good faith, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular grade, test result, admission, or academic outcome.

05Your responsibilities

To help us support you well, you agree to provide accurate information, to use materials only for your own learning, and to treat sessions and communications respectfully.

  • Give us honest information about goals, level, and availability so we can plan effectively.
  • Use materials for personal, non-commercial learning unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the study materials we prepare for you.
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.

06Payments and changes

Prices for individual services are shown on our website as ranges and are confirmed for your specific engagement before any work starts. Detailed payment terms are described in our Payment Policy, and cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may update our services, pricing structure, and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

07Intellectual property

All content on this website and all study materials we prepare remain the intellectual property of Solvique Study unless we state otherwise in writing. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use materials for your own learning. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains this in more detail.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvique Study is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including any decision made or action taken based on educational guidance we provide. Our services are a support to your learning, and final decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility.

Solvique Study provides educational and learning support only. We are not an accredited institution and do not issue certifications, diplomas, licenses, or academic credit.
