Learning Support Services Policy

What our non-certified learning support services include, and the terms that apply to them.

Last updated: January 2026

This Learning Support Services Policy describes how Solvique Study delivers its services, what is included, and the shared expectations that make an engagement successful. It applies to all of our offerings, from a single study review to ongoing monthly support, and complements our Terms and Conditions.

01Overview of our services

We offer a connected set of educational support services that can be used on their own or combined into a personalized plan.

  • Independent Learning Programs that structure how a learner studies a subject over time.
  • Educational Resource Development, including worksheets, guides, and practice materials.
  • Guided Learning Sessions delivered on a non-certified basis, individually or in small groups.
  • Knowledge Review and Study Planning to organize revision and build a clear schedule.
  • Custom Study Plan Packages, Learning Materials Bundles, Monthly Learning Support, and Group Learning Support Programs.

02How an engagement begins

Every engagement starts with understanding the learner. We discuss goals, current level, available time, and preferences, and then propose an approach with a clear scope and price before any work begins.

Because each plan is tailored, the exact materials, session count, and timeline are agreed individually rather than fixed in advance for everyone.

03Delivery of materials and sessions

Materials are prepared specifically for the learner and shared in a format that is practical to use. Guided learning sessions are scheduled at agreed times and focus on understanding, structure, and steady progress.

We aim to be responsive, consistent, and clear. If a learner's needs change during an engagement, we adjust the plan together.

04Shared expectations

Good learning support is a partnership. We commit to preparing quality materials and thoughtful guidance, and we ask learners to engage actively and communicate openly.

  • We prepare and deliver agreed materials and sessions with care.
  • Learners review materials, attend sessions, and apply what they learn.
  • Both sides give honest feedback so the plan can improve.

05Scheduling, changes, and non-certification

Scheduling and rescheduling of sessions follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy. All sessions and materials are non-certified, as explained in our Non-Accreditation Disclaimer.

Our services support independent learning. They do not replace formal education and do not lead to a formal qualification.

06Suspension of services

We may pause or end an engagement if materials are misused, if conduct during sessions is disrespectful or unsafe, or if the arrangement can no longer be delivered fairly. Where this happens, we handle any payments in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
