Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for Solvique Study educational and learning support services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens if you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund for a Solvique Study service. Because our work is prepared individually for each learner, this policy balances fairness to you with the reality that materials and planning often begin as soon as an engagement is confirmed. Please read it alongside our Payment Policy and Terms and Conditions.

01Consultations

Initial consultations that we offer at no cost can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time before the scheduled start, without charge. We simply ask that you give us reasonable notice so that we can offer the time to another learner.

02Cancelling a paid service

For paid services, the amount that can be refunded depends on how much work has already been prepared or delivered at the time you cancel.

  • If you cancel before any materials are prepared or any sessions are delivered, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid for that service.
  • If preparation or delivery has partially begun, we may retain a fair amount reflecting the work already completed, and refund the balance.
  • Once a service, package, or set of materials has been fully delivered, it is generally not eligible for a refund.

03Rescheduling guided learning sessions

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule a guided learning session by giving us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start, at no cost.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as delivered, because the time was reserved specifically for you.

04Monthly and ongoing support

Monthly learning support and other ongoing arrangements can be cancelled before the next billing cycle begins. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period, during which support and materials remain available to you.

05How to request a cancellation or refund

To cancel a service or request a refund, contact us using the details at the end of this page and include your name, the service concerned, and the reason for your request. We review each request individually and respond within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

06Exceptional circumstances

If you experience a genuine emergency or exceptional situation, please tell us. We consider these cases with care and flexibility, because supporting learners fairly matters more to us than a rigid rule.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version that applies to new engagements.
